“I booked the canoe trip down the River on Valentines day because I thought it was something different and I had driven over and walked beside the River so many times but never been on it. I had no idea that such a magical experience was about to unfold. Darren and his team were professional, courteous and well organised and I knew as soon as the well decorated and appointed Canoe slipped into the River we were in for something special. It was so peaceful on the River, we could hear people doing the dishes in their houses and it was hard to believe we were in the middle of a large city. You could see so much that is missed with driving and walking. The platter of fine food was delicious as was the well chosen wine. Darren was informative and interesting yet we hardly knew he was there. We received a standing ovation from the decks of the passing Waipa Delta and my partner still talks about how romantic it was to this day. I would love to do the trip again and thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants toexperience a truly unique Hamilton Treasure in an unforgettable way.”

We paddled our canoe at our own time and where we wanted to go. We saw alot of things that you don’t normally see, we missed our final destination but just kept going. Darren picked us up farther down the river. We loved it, Next time, just me and my husband are going Twilight. Our daughter Faith just loved it too.”
