Wiseway Adventures is ideal for beginners, couples, friends and family groups, looking to try something new, fun, enjoyable and adventurous, it is very quiet and definitely relaxing! Wiseway came from my childhood it was my family doing things together on things we could all enjoy. Wiseway was just fun as I remembered it.

On my life journey I found something I enjoyed and something others can enjoy too. Canoeing for over 19 years on big 100 man Waka taua to 30 man waka taua and so on, to the Canadian style canoe, which I currently use for river trips down the Waikato River.

Wiseway Adventures is 10 years old and has been hard work at times. I have just recently started here on the Waikato River on the 5th Jan 2007 after being inspired at the Maori Queens Tangi (funeral).

I was doing one, two and three day trips down the Mokau River in South King Country. “still a option”. Wiseway is a small business operated and owned by Darren Wise, my current motto states “it is more about lifestyle then the money at this stage in my life, its all about having fun!”
